Terms and Conditions
Late Charges: For all reservations wherein the customer is late for the requested pick up time, an additional charge is applied to the cost of the requested service. Late fees are as follows: After 15 min. from scheduled time, a charge of $15.00 will be added to the cost for each additional 15 minutes. To minimize late fees, please contact our office if there will be a delay.
No Show: If a client fails to show for a scheduled reservation, the full charge of the reservation (Including gratuity) is billed to the client. This includes cancellations after a chauffeur has reached a reservation point or, is in route.
Cancellations: Any cancellations given with less than a four hour notice are charged 50% cancellation fee based on the cost of the reservation. Out of area (another city/state) cancellations require 24 hour notice for cancellation to our affiliates to avoid cancellation fees.
Additional charges: >Any reservations requested before 5:00 am or after midnight is an additional $20.00, this includes delayed arriving flights arriving late after midnight. >International arrivals are an extra $20.00. >Additional stops are an extra charge depending on the stop location. >Bridge tolls and Parking >Additional waiting times requested and use of cell phone is $2.00 per minute >10% Fuel sur charge
Charter Service: Sedans are chartered at $60.00 / hour with a three hour minimum. For stretch limousines, pricing and conditions will be given upon request due to the variables involved.
Damages Resulting From Your Act:
California Pacific Limousine will charge you (as a client ) or (as a passenger) the cost of cleaning the vehicle as result of you or your authorized party Getting Sick in the Car. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. You could always avoid this fee by asking the driver to pull over safely on the side or in any service area so you can refresh yourself . You also agree to pay for all and any damages TO OUR VEHICLES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOU OR YOUR AUTHORIZED PARTY. REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, TORT OR OTHER THEORIES OF LIABILITY, AND ALSO REGARDLESS OF WHETHER California Pacific Limousine WAS GIVEN ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE NOTICE THAT DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. Including but not limited to burned seats, any technical or mechanical failure to the equipment inside the vehicle, missing items, or any damages to the exterior (body) of the vehicle during your or your authorized party accommodations. All vehicles are designated non-smoking. As a result of the above, breakdown of charges may be as follows:

I have read the terms and conditions stated above and agree to all of the terms and conditions stated. I hereby authorize California Pacific Limousine to charge the above credit card account for transportation and related services which may be rendered through California Pacific Limousine or an affiliate member, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Application for Corporate Account herein signed between California Pacific Limousine and the undersigned.
